Truth is I work alone much of the time. Why cause I like to do thorough work.
I wish it was that easy to get a team together. Truth is they want money. Even when there not even skilled. What I mean by that is practice is not seemingly there. There just trying to get a check.
Our Team is made up Of Americans
If not they have proper paper work. I only keep people who can do the work. Say bye to the rest.
They can get mad but hey I demand excellence.!
Our Team is being trained on what the owner likes in Quality. My brain knows what and when to do things but passing this on is hard to communicate at times.
